Rules

1. No part of the layout of this site may be duplicated or copied. The dolls on the 
banner are part of the layout and therefore not adoptable.

2. You may adopt any dolls or pixels unless it is otherwise noted. If you do adopt, though, you must credit me with the doll. You can credit either Rachelle or Rae's Quarter, and must provide a link back to http://raesquarter.fateback.com. As long as it is clear that I made the doll and the viewer can easily access a link to my website, 
I don't really mind how you do it.

(i.e. Hover Info, Text Next To Doll, Link The Doll, Link The Text, Etc)

And the doll must be in a section specially designated for adopted dolls.

And please limit the number of dolls you may adopt to a relative minimum. I don't want all (or even most) of my dolls available on someone else's website. The reason I have a website is so people will visit it. So I'm guessing a number somewhere around 20% as a maximum, give or take one or two if you really happen to love that many. ;)

3. If you adopt a doll you cannot alter it in ANY way! That includes flipping, resizing, removing my copyright initials, removing any part of the doll, adding to any part of the doll, etc. Just use common sense, okay? The rules are pretty typical, so if you're used
to adopting dolls from other sites, you shouldn't have too many issues.

4. If you use a base of mine you must credit me with the base. 
(Read crediting rules in Rule # 2 above)

You can use a base of mine to create a doll to enter in a contest, 

but you must credit and link back to me.

You can also use a base to create a doll to use on your doll site layout, 

but you must credit and link back to me on the same pages that the doll appears on.

The base can not be altered. All limbs and such are to remain where they are and none are to be added. You can recolor and flip the base, but that is all. It must still look like my base, and I still need to be credited and linked back to.

5. Any content or graphics on this site are not to be used for any form of financial gain (including both money and trading). This stuff is mine and only to be used for personal use. If you look to gain anything from using my dolls or pixels, just don't bother taking them. If I find that any of my dolls or pixels have been used on a website or for any other use which gives you something in return, I will first ask you to remove the graphics in question. If after 72 hours my request has not been complied with, 
I will take further measures to insure my demands are met.

6. Do not claim any of my content or graphics as your own. Nothing, Nada, Zip!

And do not enter any of my dolls in any contests. You can use a base of mine to create a doll to enter in a contest, but you must credit and link back to me. You can also use a base to create a doll to use on your doll site layout, but you must - again - credit and 
link back to me on the same pages that the doll appears on.

7. None of my graphics may be redistributed. 
They are not to be archived or collected for financial gain.

8. None of my graphics may be placed on a site that promotes any 
pornographic content, illegal activities, child or animal abuse, bigotry, racism or hate.

9. Do not direct link to anything on my site.

(Fateback doesn't allow images to be direct linked anyways)

The only address you can link to, and the only link you can provide is http://raesquarter.fateback.com.

10. Blinkies: As long as you provide a link to me on your links page, that's all you'll need if you adopt a blinkie. I wouldn't mind if you credited me in the same location as the blinkie, but seeing as not too many other people require that, I won't either. 
No sense in being the odd man out, ay? 

11. If any of these rules are broken I will take corrective action.

please don't hesitate to kindly let me know! I did not do it on purpose! 

I will remove/replace the material which offends you or breaks your rule.

I don't think I've broken any rules, seeing as I read them, but you never know.
